On November 29th, we participated as an exhibitor in the 7th Annual Fall Conference – A Meaningful Life with Alzheimer’s Disease at Schoolcraft College in Livonia, MI. On November 30th, we also participated as an exhibitor in Pathways to Positive Dementia Care Conference at the Watermark Country Club in Grand Rapids, MI. Thank you to all who could make it out to our 2018 Client Appreciation Picnic. It was a day filled with beautiful weather, delicious food, fun games, and our first ever silent auction. This year, RWS Financial Group chose to give all donations from the games, silent auction, and generous individual donations to the Wayne State University Institute of Gerontology. We were privileged to have Dr. Peter Lichtenberg from the IOG speak on behalf of the foundation that he started with his late wife over 25 years ago. We were able to exceed our fundraising goal of $3,000! RWS is also matching dollar-for-dollar on all donations. So, thank you to everyone who donated to such a wonderful cause! Check out some of the pictures from the picnic!
