Brendan is an Operations Associate and IT Specialist at RWS, specializing in IT and cybersecurity. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Grand Valley State University and is passionate about using his technical expertise to support secure, efficient systems for both the team and clients.

In his approach, Brendan believes in a true “white-glove” experience. He is committed to treating every interaction with professionalism, respect, and responsiveness, whether resolving a complex technical issue or assisting with a simple question. He strives to make technology approachable and empowering, ensuring clients and colleagues alike feel confident and supported.

Outside of work, Brendan enjoys video games, attending hockey games, following Michigan sports, visiting museums and botanical gardens.
